I hurt......like when I bend over and swing my left arm it hurts in my ribs. Not good Also when I breathe deeply in hurts in the same spot. I have a lockin for my church and I hope The pain is gone by then. But in other news My Cheer squad won first because there was nobody else in our division Large/Intermediate. So we go to regionals in Charlotte. Yay! We also get this week off practice. The lockin is on friday the youth group is also putting a party together for the rest of the church. Its gonna be so fun. There's gonna be karaoke too! Anyway I gots to go.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Competition is TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so anxious.....we are definitly not the best team out there and thats being nice. Also my shoulders hurt cause I am a base and because we do a lot high-V's and they have to be VERY tight. I've been so stressed this week practice every night and today was hell in terms of practice. On the mat and at the field. Good thing there was no game I would die.

So my mom is crazy and she can be just a ray of sunshine when shes in public but when she gets home or as much as in teh van she is suddenly not a ray of sunshine I mean why can't she be one or the other all the time why does she have to be sudden about and make me feel its my fault shes in a bad mood? Any way have to go to church bye!
